Video Daze - Dumbo

Witness Don in his natural habitat as he lays down hammers in Kuala Lumpur alongside his local homies in Cozyclub Worldwide's 'Dumbo'.

Maybe we're a bit biased seeing as one of our favourite people ever is from there, but we're always hyped to see footage coming out of Malaysia and we've been properly spoilt over the last few years with a load of top-quality content coming out of the country. Adding another bangin' new video to the list, Kuala Lumpur-based brand, Cozyclub Worldwide, have treated us to an upload of their first full-length video, 'Dumbo', showcasing a load of KL's finest, including CSC's very own Don Irfan.

Filmed between 2021 and 2023 by Nizam Hisham - who also shot Grey Skate Mag's incredible 'Borneo Function' edit featuring the dynamic duo of Don and Conor Charleson - 'Dumbo' was first released back in 2023 at Kuala Lumpur film and photography festival, Fokus Film Festival. Aimed at celebrating the crew's love of skateboarding and their city, the boys do just that with over 11 minutes of straight hammers at a variety of spots in and around KL alongside some bangin' animations from Fritilldea and Misorama.

Featuring parts from Danniel Aqmal, Don Irfan, Shah Ramadhan, Azhan Firdaus, Azri Hadi and Zaim Anuar alongside guest clips from a load of other local legends and even a surprise Conor Charleson cameo, 'Dumbo' captures the wholesome vibes of the KL scene with a load of heartwarming B-roll and homie footage. Obviously everyone kills it but we'd be lying if we said Don wasn't our fave. You just can't beat that cheeky grin.
