Delivery / Returns
We aim to get online orders shipped out as soon as possible, normally same day, or next working day. However during busy Christmas or sale periods, this may take longer.
Small items, such as t'shirts, socks, DVDs etc are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
Larger and/or heavier items, such as hoodies, hats, trucks etc are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded.
Decks and set-ups are sent out via MyHermes, Collect+ and other private curious.
Every order we send out requires a signature upon delivery. So please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for your order. Please don't put 'leave in porch if not in' or something to that extent in your order notes, because it ain't happening. Sorry.
If for whatever reason you're not hyped on your order, you have 28 days to return your order to our store. Please add a note with your name, order number and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Please note that all items must be unused and still in their original packaging (where applicable).
Decks must still be in shrink wrap and not gripped. Once a deck is removed from the shrink wrap, we can't accept it back.
Same goes for DVDs, and anything else which is shrink wrapped or sealed. Unless the item is faulty.
We strongly suggest that you send your items back via a tracked or signed for service.
We do not refund shipping costs.
