Shipping & Returns


We strive to ship online orders as quickly as possible, typically on the same day or the next working day. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sales, it may take slightly longer.

Small items - such as T-shirts, socks, hoodies, hats, trucks, etc. - are sent out via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and Signed For, or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, depending on the items value.

Decks and set-ups are sent out via ParcelForce, UPS, Collect+ and other private couriers.

Every order we send out requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests like "leave in porch if not in." We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to make sure their delivery address is correct. 

International orders may be subject to additional customs charges or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We also are unable to mark any international order as a gift.

If an item is thought to be lost in the postal system, then we will happily open a claim with the courier used. However the majority of courier services we use require a waiting time of 30 working days after the items delivery due date before we can place a claim. After a claim has been placed it can take up to another 90 days for the claim to processed.

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, you have 28 days to return it to our store. Please include a note with your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Kindly note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable).

Decks must remain in their shrink wrap and not be gripped. Once a deck is removed from the shrink wrap, we cannot accept it for return.

The same policy applies to DVDs and any other items that are shrink-wrapped or sealed unless the item is faulty.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service when returning items.
