It's finally happened: national sweetheart Matlok Bennett-Jones has been turned pro for Pass~Port! It's been a long time coming but we're really hyped to finally see Matlok's name on the bottom of a board. The man's been injecting style and creativity into the UK scene for years now and this year has seen him on the cover of Vague and Grey Magazines as well as starring in some of the best videos. We've been treated to not one but two new Matlok pro decks, both of which feature suitably bangin' graphics as to be expected from the Pass~Port boys, as well as a new video starring Matlok.

As if two brand spanking new Matlok pro decks weren't enough of a treat, Pass~Port have also blessed us with a new video to compliment the decks. The video starts with clips from Mexico before heading back to the UK for a victory lap around London and Sheffield with appearances from some of the Pass~Port homies as well as a guest trick from PT's finest, Billy Trick. Pass~Port videos are always on the money and this one is no exception with its stellar music choice and tasteful use of animations - keep your eyes peeled for Matlok's new graphics making a sneaky appearance!

Matlok Bennett-Jones Pro Decks

As to be expected from Pass~Port, the new Matlok pro decks feature some top-tier graphics, all centred around the man himself. The Pass~Port 'Matlok Bennett-Jones - Smoke' deck is easily our favourite design with its gloomy British setting that is so often the backdrop to Matlok's skating. The graphic features a hand-drawn image of Matlok smoking a cig in front of a distinctively Northern industrial backdrop, with the smoke from his cigarette rising up to form a woman's head in a style reminiscent of French prison tattoos. What's not to like?

Alongside the Matlok smoke deck, we've also got the new Pass~Port 'Matlok Bennett-Jones - Coin' deck. While the 'Smoke' deck features an old-school, hand-drawn aesthetic, the Matlok 'Coin' deck is much more modern in its execution with a clean image of a coin being flipped through the air. It's not just any coin though as this is an extremely rare Matlok Bennett-Jones 3 quid piece, although I don't know how far it'd get you these days. Getting some proper Palace vibes from this graphic.

That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to buy the latest Pass~Port skateboard decks and clothing from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest skate product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
