Coming in hot with a fresh model for 2025, New Balance Numeric have headed back to the basketball court for the all-new 430. Offering up a fresh twist on a classic court shoe silhouette, the New Balance Numeric 430 takes inspiration from some of the earliest basketball shoes for a timeless aesthetic that's reminiscent of the OG Nike Blazer, backed up by all the latest New Balance tech. Following in the footsteps of their best-selling NM480, this new offering is sure to be another instant classic. Find out everything you need to know about the New Balance Numeric 430 below!

New Balance Numeric 430 Construction

Coming in towards the lower end of the New Balance tech spectrum, the New Balance Numeric 430 keeps things clean and simple, sticking true to its court shoe roots with a no-nonsense, less-is-more approach. Featuring a lightweight cupsole construction, backed up by a cushioned C-Cap midsole and removable insole for an extra layer of impact protection, the 430 offers up the perfect blend of comfort and support without sacrificing boardfeel, making them the perfect choice for anyone looking to upgrade from vulcanised shoes to cupsoles.

In contrast to the sole's simple construction, the upper switches things up with a multi-panelled construction for the ultimate combo of durability, flick and breathability. Unlike the 480, the New Balance Numeric 430 features a round, one-piece, suede toe-box for top-tier flick while also keeping any stitching out of harm's way to help prevent blow-outs. Further back, the shoe also features a mesh tongue and side panels to keep the shoe breathable alongside a leather heel panel for an extra layer of durability for the heelflip aficionados.

Keeping with the simplistic theme, New Balance have stuck to the basics for this first drop, serving up a classic colour combo that's pretty much impossible to beat. Available in a sleek Black / White colourway, the New Balance Numeric 430 BWH features a black upper with a white sole, white laces and a white, leather 'N' logo on the side for a timeless monochromatic colourway that's perfect for any occasion. Plus, for some tasteful branding, the shoe's also feature woven clamp labels on the tongue, printed New Balance logos on the heel and an embossed New Balance logo on the sole.
