Palace skateboards, aka Palace Waywards Boys Choir or PWBC is a brand that grew from a skate crew to become the UK's answer to Supreme. Although Palace no longer stock their highly sought-after clothing in skateshops, preferring to shift their product themselves via their website, you can still buy a range of Palace skateboard decks here at CSC Store. Despite Palace's wavey garms being far from affordable, Palace skateboard decks - manufactured by Dwindle Distribution - are some of the cheapest on the market, only having recently gone up to £54, so you can save a bit of money and support the UK's gulliest skate brand at the same time.
Founded in 2009 by Lev Tanju, Palace has since come to be one of the most quintessentially British skate brands out there right now using iconic British imagery in their skateboard and clothing designs, including the humble penny, Southbank, and of course, lots of zoots. Gaining popularity both within skateboarding and outside of it, Palace have become one of the most unstoppable streetwear brands around, and the money they make from their clothing goes straight back into producing insanely good skate videos which they release online for free, and even funding a free indoor skatepark in London for the winter of 2018. Big respect.
With a hard-to-beat team featuring Chewy Cannon, Benny Fairfax, Lucien Clark, and Lucas Puig, alongside new kids, Charlie Birch, Kyle Wilson, and Heitor Da Silva, Palace have their own unique style that embodies the raw nature of UK skateboarding, which they perfectly capture in their skate videos. If you don't know, get to know by watching their latest bangin' full-length video, Beyond The 3rd Wave, on the CSC Blog.
