Celebrating the success of their latest banger, the reimagined New Balance Numeric 480 skate shoe, the New Balance lads headed out to Chicago to put the shoe through its paces in the cold, hard streets of the Windy City. From classic destinations like the Chase Tower ledges (AKA Nick Matthews' stomping ground) to DIY kickers and back street loading bays, the boys have tested the New Balance 480 in every possible scenario and, unsurprisingly, it always comes out on top.
New Balance have brought out the big guns for this one with a seriously stacked and extremely diverse lineup hitting up a wide range of Chicago spots, including a load of their newest recruits like Justin Henry, Ryan Lay and Andrew Reynolds alongside long-time favourites Charlie Birch, Jordan Trahan and Marcello Campanello, who all bring their own distinct flavour to the mix. Marcello in particular comes through with some absolutely ludicrous tech!
Of course the video also feature The Boss test driving his best-selling New Balance Andrew Reynolds 480BOS colourway, which have been a firm favourite in the shop since they released! Reynolds puts the shoes through rigorous testing (and you know he's already dissected them too), covering everything from hefty kickflip noseslides to ultra-tech manny combos, and it's clear that these shoes can do it all; offering the support and impact protection thanks to its cupsole while still providing amazing boardfeel for when you want to get tech. It goes without saying that the autumnal chocolate and tan colourway is straight fire too. We've still got plenty of sizes in the New Balance Andrew Reynolds 480BOS left in stock so shop now to be like The Boss!
That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to browse the full range of New Balance Numeric skate shoes and buy now from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest skate product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
