Polar Skate Co Decks
First up, man of the hour, Sirus F Gahan, has kept his creative juices pouring out after the release of his recent full-length for the brand, 'Everything Is Normal', coming through with a striking selection of decks for some of Polar's most beloved pros. From the fantastical Polar 'Jamie Platt Dragon Land' Deck to the creepy, photography-based 'Nick Boserio Voices' and 'Aaron Herrington Bunny' decks, Sirus is at the absolute top of his game right now and he's showing no signs of slowing things down.
Alongside Sirus' new graphics, the drop also features designs from a load of other Polar legends who bring their own unique visual flair. Keeping with the photography theme, both the Polar 'Roman Gonzalez Dinghies' Deck and the 'Paul Grund Kid In Japan' P9 Deck feature photo graphics taken by members of the Polar squad, with Pontus providing the visuals for Roman while Paul Grund keeps it DIY with one of his own photos taken during their time in Japan filming for 'Everything Is Normal'. Alternatively, we've also got a new graphic from everyone's favourite Polar artist, Jacob Ovgren, who once again shows of his signature dark humour in the new Polar 'Oskar Rozenberg' Trust Deck.
To make things even more exciting, the drop also introduces an NBD Polar deck shape with the new short popsicle decks which feature that same beloved popsicle shape, now with a shorter wheelbase. We all know someone who's obsessed with wheelbase and now you can find out what all the fuss is about with Polar's new short popsicle decks, giving you even more options to personalise your set-up. We've got the Polar 'Aaron Herrington Bunny' Deck in the new short wheelbase shape, coming in at 8.25" width with a wheelbase of 14".
Polar Skate Co T-shirts
In addition to the new decks, Polar have also treated us to a short selection of tees featuring some of the new deck graphics. For the Sirus fans, we've got the Polar Skate Co 'Bunny' T-shirt in a stylish Dark Blue colourway with the cursed Bunny image from Aaron Herrington's new pro model as a central chest print. Alternatively, you can stick to those classic Polar vibes with the new 'Trust' T-shirt which features Jacob Ovgren's iconic artwork from Oski's newest deck.
Polar Skate Co Deck Book
Last but not least, Polar have also teamed up with high-end stationery designers, Pith Supply, for a one-of-a-kind book showcasing a selection of Polar deck shapes and graphics from over the years, as well as some blank decks so you can create your own graphics. The new Polar Deck Book comes in Pith's 'Yuzu' notebook style with 156 pages of glossy, sustainable 130 gsm ivory paper for a luxurious feel alongside a recycled hardboard cover and exposed binding for a minimal aesthetic while also allowing the book to open completely flat on every page.
