Product Spotlight - Glue Spring '22

Dan Bunn

Glue's coming back. Nature's glue.

Another new brand gracing our board wall, Glue Skateboards is an edgy new queer-centric skate brand from the powerful trio of Leo Baker, Stephen Ostrowski, and Cher Strauberry. Bringing you bold graphics that blend the dainty with the devastating, Glue have come through with a strong minimalist aesthetic that's guaranteed to get you hyped. All their decks are printed on premium PS Stix wood too so you know they're top notch.

Resident tech connoisseur, Leo Baker, is one of the brand's first pros who's been treated to a bangin' graphic in their collection. Leo's 'Dirty Pigs' deck features a black background with a picture of a shattered piggy bank for a graphic that's simple but powerful. Getting pretty strong ACAB vibes on this one.

Next up, co-founder and artist extraordinaire, Stephen Ostrowski, also receives a sick new pro model. Also featuring a black background contrasting with a colourful image, this time featuring an illustration of two strange creature - which kinda look like Morph from Art Attack - running through a luscious green landscape with the caption, 'Come Alone And Play'. Equal parts cute and sinister, we're big fans of this graphic.

Last but not least, the 'Dysphoria' deck is a team model for Glue, featuring what can only be the team's mascot in the center. The deck features a bold red background with a disheveled Furby-looking creature in the center. This is the only deck which has a Glue logo on it (which is definitely a big flex) and this one even features a slogan underneath saying 'A message to you stupid' which is near enough impossible not to read to the tune of The Specials' 'A Message To You Rudy'.

That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to browse the full range of Glue skateboard decks and buy now from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
