The latest collection from DC Shoes has just landed in store and this one is very special indeed as it celebrates 25 years (!!) of Josh Kalis being on the team with a load of new signature shoes and clothing. We've got two new Kalis-themed shoes, the ever-popular Kalis Lite and the new hybrid Kalynx, as well as the 'Kalis 25' longsleeve T-shirt to help you inject some 90s nostalgia into your fits. Platinum jubilee? Nah, it's all about Kalis 25.

Like some weird, horny mad scientist forcing lions and tigers to mate, DC have merged two of their most iconic shoes (besides the infamous DC Court Graffik), the DC Kalis Lite and the DC Lynx OG, to give birth to a brand new apex predator of the skate shoe game. The DC Kalynx Zero S features the distinctive upper of the classic DC Kalis Lite combined with the iconic DC Lynx Zero outsole, complete with the signature runner toe, for a fresh take on these two certified classics.

Obviously it's not all about the looks though and the DC Kalynx Zero S are built to perform with their patented Super Suede and mesh upper providing optimal durability and breathability, with the added benefit of a dual toe box for even more durability where it's needed most. Likewise, the outsole features a cupsole construction to give your feet all the support and protection they need while you're tre flipping over trash cans.

We've got the DC Kalynx Zero S in two stylish colourways, a tastefully simple Grey / Red colourway and a lovely Carolina Blue colourway, both of which draw from Kalis' love for his two favourite cities: Chicago and Philadjelphia. Both colourways are certified bangers but, for me, the icy Carolina Blue takes the cake, especially with the Love Park-inspired DC logo on the tongue.

Alternatively, if you'd rather keep your shoes conceptually pure we've also got the classic DC Kalis Lite in a tasteful colourway that's straight outta the 90s. The Kalis Lite takes Kalis iconic pro model, the Kalis OG, and replaces the original outsole with a stylish runner sole for extra comfort and a sportier aesthetic, although the upper still features a Dual suede toe box for durability if you do fancy skating them. To top it all off, the Navy / Orange colourway is the perfect accompaniment to your big, baggy trackies and vintage windbreaker so you can hit the town feeling as fly as the big man himself.

Last but not least, we've also got some bangin' Kalis-themed clothing to help you further pay your respects to the GOAT. The DC 'Kalis 25' Long Sleeve T-Shirt comes in a premium heavyweight cotton construction and features a bangin' back print of the Kalis 25 logo, with a silhouette of Kalis' signature tre flip, alongside DC Shoe Co prints down the arms. In contrast to the back and sleeves the front of the tee is notably plain, with only a small DC label on the front left hem resulting in a tastefully clean aesthetic.
