Delivery
UK Orders:
Orders under £65 - £3.95
Orders over £65 - Free
Next working day delivery on all UK orders as standard. Same day dispatch if ordered before 1pm cut-off time. Orders made after 1pm Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Same applies for Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next working day delivery for orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
PLEASE NOTE, FOLLOWING THE UK'S DEPARTURE FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES.
The charges in question are determined and enforced by the receiving country, and we have no influence over them. If you're uncertain if these taxes will apply to your purchase, we advise consulting with your local customs department.
Cardiff Skateboard Club is not responsible for any additional import taxes or duties levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are imposed by the respective national customs authority on the recipient, and Cardiff Skateboard Club has no jurisdiction over them.
European Shipping Rates:
Small items (t-shirts, socks, etc) - £12.50 (3-5 working days)
Medium items (shoes, trucks, caps, etc) - £20 (3-5 working days)
Bulky items (decks, completes, etc) - £25 (3-5 working days)
Worldwide shipping:
Small items (t-shirts, socks, etc) - £15 (6-7 working days)
Medium items (shoes, trucks, caps, etc) - £20 (6-7 working days)
Bulky items (decks, completes, etc) - £40 (6-7 working days)

Returns
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, you have 28 days to return it to our store. Please include a note with your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Kindly note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable).
Decks must remain in their shrink wrap and not be gripped. Once a deck is removed from the shrink wrap, we cannot accept it for return.
The same policy applies to DVDs and any other items that are shrink-wrapped or sealed unless the item is faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service when returning items.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
