The Week Today, Now - 13/04/2026

Bringing you the latest and greatest skateboard news from the last week, including Four Courses of Emile, another Majick Templeton banger and the return of LurkNYC.

Emile Laurent reminds us all just how thin that line is between genius and insanity in his new part for Asics as he serves up four courses of ludicrous manoeuvres at a wide variety of locals with equally bizarre visuals to boot. Nice to see he's graduated to the Max Palmer trim too; when you see that haircut you know you're in for some outlandish behavious.

Wake up babe, new LurkNYC video just dropped! Didn't think we'd be seeing the name LurkNYC popping up on our YouTube but we're definitely not complaining as Nick vonWerssowetz makes his long-awaited return with 'Ultraman', showcasing a fresh selection of faces from his new hometown of Portland while still channeling that same raw energy which made it such an institution of the 2010s.

Don't know how he does it but Majick Templeton is already back with another top quality edit, this time showcasing a solid 12 minutes (does that count as a full length these days?) of 'Real Street Skating' from a load of Oceania's finest, incluidng Raph Langslow, Shaun Paul, Simon Zuzic, Ben Lawrie and more. Not sure if this is the first time Guts Theme has been used in a skate video but I hope it's not the last.

Enjoy optimistic spot selection in abundance in the new 'Greyburn' video from Jeremy Przybyla as he documents some good old fashioned Rust Belt crust hunting from Danny Sokol, Vince Stranc, Charles Arpin and more which is far more relatable for the average British viewer than any pristine Californian plaza.

Witness the Welcome Skate Store gang make excellent use of the facilities at Palace's Manor Place as they bring a heavy squad all the way down from West Yorkshire, with demo worthy performances from the likes of Dale Starkie, Albie EdmondsFred Ryan and the rest of the gang. Where's our invite?!

After Alltimers decided to pack it in, WKND have graciously welcomed Salomon Cardenas back into the fold in typical WKND fashion: with an Oscar-worthy seven-minute skit packed with betrayal, redemption and a Brooklyn Banks hammer at the end to remind you that they are actually a skate brand.

Extremely wholesome concept from Boston's Orchard Skate Shop as they put their employees front and centre in 'Good Job', with Garret Daly, Mae Whitmore, Matt Maydoney and Rob Hall leading the charge alongside appearances from the rest of the family.

Following in the footsteps of Crailtap legend, Spike Jonze, Chocolate have further blurred the line between music video and skate video as they get the team to muck in for their graphic designer, Carlos Gutierrez's music video for his song 'I'm Gonna Make You Bleed For Me'.

Plenty to enjoy in the new 'Dirty Rabbit 3' video from Kizukush as a strong selection of Japanese talent bring speed, style and power in abundance alongside an equally high energy soundtrack which wouldn't sound out of place at an afters.

That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to buy the latest clothing and skateboard decks from CSC. Or, check out more of the latest news, videos, and product reviews on the CSC Blog. Safe.
