Product Spotlight - Palace Summer '22
Get ready for festival season with the new range of rave-friendly Palace decks.
As always, Palace have got a whole new range of pro decks for all the legends on their team including Heitor Da Silva, Lucien Clarke, and Jamal Smith, as well as new kids on the block, Charlie Birch and Kyle Wilson. The series this time features bold neon colours and futuristic, cyber-rave imagery that wouldn't look out of place in Cyberdog. You ain't gonna be losing any of these bad boys in the dark any time soon.
Alongside this series, Blueprint OG Danny Brady is the only pro who has a slightly less out-there graphic for this series. Rather than joining in on the brightly-coloured, futuristic aesthetic, Brady's deck keeps it old-school (ancient-school even) with a simple black-and-white mummy graphic. Perfect for if bright colours aren't your thing.
On top of the Palace pro skateboard decks, they've also come through with some bangin' new team models. A personal favourite has to be the 'Chicken' deck, which features a poorly-drawn chicken with a Palace logo as its head. Groundbreaking graphic design right there.
Likewise, the 'Cowboy' deck packs some serious summer vibes with a stylised image of a topless cowboy and Palace logo in the background. The whole cowboy look is a far-cry from their usual grimy, London-based aesthetics but we're still big fans of the graphic. You can grab the Palace 'Cowboy' deck in either an 8" or 8.1" size, although having those two sizes does seem a bit pointless if you ask me.
Last but not least, the 'Duck & Dog' graphic unites two enigmatic characters from previous Palace graphics for a seriously wholesome new design. You may remember the Duck from Palace's Fall 2019 collection, and the Bull Dog from their more recent Winter 2021 collection. But now, these two iconic figures have joined forces and can be seen having a cwtch - zoot in hand, of course - in this new graphic. #Goals. With either an 8" or 8.6" option on offer, Palace have got you covered.
That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to browse the full range of Palace skateboard decks and buy now from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
