We love Tidy Mike, so maybe we're a bit biased when we say that ForeCast is the best skate brand in the world. But then, they're a local, skater-owned brand who hook up a load of the UK's sickest skaters and produce top quality product - like bangin' skateboard decks, hand-screened in the UK on premium Generator/BBS wood - so there's definitely a case to be made. Regardless, we love ForeCast and you should definitely buy their stuff to maximise your street cred and, more importantly, support local legends.
ForeCast Skateboard Decks
ForeCast have doubled down on the Welsh pride theme for Sox's debut pro model deck for the brand (his second ever pro model after his incredible Carve Wicked 'Stoned Cold' deck) with a particularly patriotic, dragon-themed graphic done by one of the most legendary Welsh skate artists of all time, Pete Fowler. Known for his work with equally legendary Welsh band, Super Furry Animals, Pete has depicted Sox sat by a woodland campfire in his unmistakable, brightly-coloured style. He's even added a big ol' dragon in the sky, meaning there's basically three dragons in one deck.
Alongside the new Sox pro models, ForeCast Skateboards have also brought back some of their most iconic graphics with some nice little tweaks. The ever-popular ForeCast 'Brainfreeze' skateboard deck - with artwork by the one and only, Nat Jones - has made its triumphant return with new white and blue colourways. Likewise, we've also got the ForeCast 'Fungi' deck with artwork by French in an 8.75" popsicle shape as well as an 8.5" 'Shovel' shape with a squared-off nose and tail.
ForeCast Beanies
Last but not least, we've also got some lovely, new Forecast beanies to help you deal with the sudden return of the cold weather. These chunky-knit, roll-up beanies come in a tasteful Charcoal colourway with a subtle, embroidered 'Forecast' logo on the cuff. Best of all though, these bad boys are only £16 which is very, very reasonable indeed. They might even be the cheapest skate beanies on the market - at least the cheapest ones worth buying.
That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to buy the latest Fore-Cast skateboards and clothing from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest skate product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
