The Week Today, Now - 15/06/2026

Bringing you the latest and greatest skateboard news from the last week, including Spitfire burning up SF, Gumpjunk in America and Harrison Woolgar's 5 to 1.

Spitfire and Thrasher have joined forces to give the hallowed streets of San Francisco a thorough pasting in their new 'SF Burning' video as Spitfire shows off just how stacked their team is with appearances from the likes of Nick Michel, Tristan Funkhouser, Miles Silvas, Diego Todd, Chris Athans and many, many more. I believe this is what they call 'heavy revs'.

Cardiff's very own Trix and Harry Deane are back with another instalment of the bangin' '5 to 1' series for Companion, this time heading south to link up with Harrison Woolgar for a guided tour round some of his favourite Brighton haunts as well as his extensive collection of skateboard memorabilia.

Very sad to hear of the tragic passing of Rio O'Byrne last week, a true legend on and off the board and another one gone far too young. We highly recommend checking out the raw version of his recent Vague part that they've just uploaded to witness his infectious energy in action. Sending love to his friends and family!

After popping up in a load of Marseille videos over the years, Valentin Verd has just dropped his first solo part filmed by fellow Marseillais legend, Victor Campillo, as he makes excellent use of the city's world-class facilities, placing heavy emphasis on manuals of the nasal variety.

Join London's Gumpjunk crew as they leave behind the sanctuary of the Big Smoke and head out on a road trip around the East Coast of the US, hitting up spots in New York Philadelphia, Washington D.C and Richmond, with plenty of choice manoeuvres from the likes of Ben Keegan, Cass Doig, Daniel Tabakin and more.

Reese Barton opens up about his struggles with drug addiction in the first part of the new documentary made by Jason Cabello, 'A Life After', starting off with a brief intro to growing up skating in Texas before discussing how a broken ankle led to a rapid downward spiral into addiciton.

If you've been keeping up with Jamie Griffin's Herculean task of landing 1000 flatground tricks then you'll be happy to hear that he's just dropped tricks numbered 701-800 as he draws ever closer to his goal. I'm not sure how he even comes up with them at this point.

Strong new offering out of Montreal, Exoplus skate shop have just dropped their first promo and it's packed with all sorts of goodness including a Bronze 56k-coded animated intro and powerful parts from Callem McConomy and Morgan Desjardins Turgeons.

Blue collar skating galore in David Kappa's appropriately-titled 'Foreman' edit as Cotie Robinson, John Clemmons and Cole Dixon put in some serious legwork to uncover a wealth of rough-and-ready spots.

That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to buy the latest clothing and skateboard decks from CSC. Or, check out more of the latest news, videos, and product reviews on the CSC Blog. Safe.
