Product Spotlight - Polar Summer '22 Clothing

Polar have brought back some classic designs in their latest clothing drop as well as some incredible Jacob Ovgren artwork and all-new trousers. Get stuck in.

Although we've kept it pretty low-key with this drop, of course we had to stock up on the newest tees Polar had to offer. As always, the drop features a range of fresh graphics including new Jacob Ovgren bangers, a bran' new Fill Logo tee, as well as the return of their iconic 'No Complies Forever' graphic. We've also got some all-new trousers from the reigning kings that we're really hyped on. It might not be much, but this drop is textbook Polar.

New Polar T-Shirts

First up, the Polar 'Balloon Fill Logo' T-shirt is the newest iteration of Polar's iconic Fill Logo tees. As usual, the chest print features the classic Polar logo on the left breast while the back print features a large Fill Logo containing an image of two balloons floating next to each other for a proper arty vibe. According to Polar lore, the image is a movie still captured by Pontus Alv but I have no idea what film it is so if anyone does then be sure to let us know. Either way we're big fans of this graphic.

Alongside the Fill Logo tee, the drop has also brought back of one of Polar's most iconic designs. The 'No Complies Forever' T-shirt makes its triumphant return with an all-new graphic featuring all your favourite fancy figures. With a simple Polar logo on the left chest, the back graphic features the iconic no complying character alongside another figure lounging on a skateboard. It feels like it's been a while since we've seen this graphic (maybe because Sour roasted them for it) but it's nice to have it back.

On top of these fresh bangers, Polar have also blessed us with some new designs from everyone's favourite artist, Jacob Ovgren. Both the 'Bubblegum' and 'Classifieds' tees feature graphics from the iconic Polar artist. The 'Bubblegum' T-shirt keeps it simple with a chest print depicting a packet of Polar-branded gum in Ovgren's signature cartoon style for a nice simple aesthetic that's pretty inoffensive.

On the other hand, the 'Classifieds' T-shirt has a lot more going on and showcases more of Ovgren's signature dark humour. The large chest print features a pretty creepy looking guy offering the opportunity to sell your soul for extra money in the style of a classified ad, while the back print features more of these fake classifieds, including ads for an LSD outlet, dick shoes, and boobs for that classic Ovgren humour. It's also a longsleeve too which isn't ideal for this heat but oh well.

New Polar Trousers

Looking for some new trousers to help you stand out from the Big Boy brigade? Well Polar have got you covered with the brand new Railway Chinos. These tasteful new trou feature a wide, straight leg fit with a gentle taper towards the ankle for a comfortable, relaxed fit. What's more, the trousers feature a pleated front for extra style points, as well as a Freedom Fit elasticated waistband for the perfect fit. The pleats give the Railway Chinos a much more formal, old school aesthetic than the majority of Polar's other trousers, so if you're looking for something to bridge the gap between hitting the streets with the crew and conducting business meetings then the Railway Chinos are the pants for you.
