Product Spotlight - Krooked Quickfire Collection

A handful of fresh bangers from Krooked have just landed in store with an all-new Zip-Zogger alongside a bangin' guest board for a certified OG: John Lucero.

Everyone knows that Krooked always come through with straight bangers and this short-but-sweet quickfire collection is absolute jam-packed with incredible new graphics. With a bangin' pro model for Krooked OG, Bobby Worrest, alongside an insane John Lucero guest deck and a brand new Krooked Zip Zogger, this drop has something for everyone.

Krooked have teamed up with old-school legend and founder of Black Label skateboards, John Lucero, blessing the OG with a suitably old-school shaped deck. The graphic pays tribute to Lucero's 1984 Variflex board, the aptly-named 'Bondage Chick' deck, which apparently was sent back by a number of shops at the time due to being too shocking. Krooked have reimagined the graphic with artwork by Mark Gonzales, although it's still about as disturbing as the original even if it's not quite as dark. They even paid tribute to Variflex by adding a 'KrookedFlex' logo at the bottom.

This Krooked shaped deck is an absolute monster, clocking in at a whopping 10.25". This behemoth features the original 80's shape with a large square tail, short flat nose and minimal concave, so maybe don't get this one if you're a fan of nollie tricks. Although, if Max Geronzi's anything to go by, a lack of a nose isn't a good enough excuse to not be stomping nollie hammers. Regardless, if you're a fan of old-school shaped decks and old-school legends, this deck is a must-have whether you plan on taking it down the curbs or hanging it on your wall.

Another bangin' guest board from the collection, the ever-popular Krooked Zip Zogger deck is back with guest artwork from Clay Halling. You'll probably recognise Clay's bold artstyle from countless DLX brands, including Mark Suciu's latest pro wheel for Spitfire as well as deck graphics for Antihero and Real. Clay has reimagined the classic Zip-Zogger graphic with a bangin' bubble font Krooked Zogger logo and the iconic checkerboard print around the edge, rather than through the middle. With a green woodstain and blue graphic, this is easily one of the best looking Zoggers we've ever seen. Better move fast if you want one though, apparently these guys are pretty #OnTrend right now.

As if there wasn't already enough legends in this collection, we've got a new pro model deck from one of our all-time favourite skaters: Krooked OG and reigning king of Pulaski, Bobby Worrest. This Krooked 8.25" deck features artwork from the man himself, Mark Gonzales, with a silver background and a drawing of a big, beefy motorbike in Gonz' iconic artstyle. I really shouldn't have to try to sell this to you though. I mean, it's Bobby fuckin' Worrest.
