Coming through with a new addition to their already impeccable range for their Q1 2026 collection, New Balance Numeric have reimagined one of their most popular shoes, the Jamie Foy 306, with an all-new cupsole construction. Given the size of everything Jamie Foy skates you know this one just makes sense, and if you're still clinging desperately to the vulcanised dream then this is the perfect shoe to ease you into the world of cupsoles. Have a read below to find out everything you need to know about the New Balance Numeric Jamie Foy 306 Cupsole!

First introduced all the way back in 2019, the New Balance Numeric Jamie Foy 306 has been one of their most popular skate shoes ever since. Built to handle everything Big Boy Foy can throw himself down, the OG 306s feature a vulcanised construction backed up by an Abzorb insole for a nice blend of boardfeel and impact protection. Obviously the shoes have been doing their job given how popular they are but if you ask us, we've always thought Foy's skating was more suited to a cupsole shoe. As it turns out, we clearly weren't the only ones with this train of thought and we're hyped to now be stocking the new Jamie Foy 306 Cupsole!

Building on the success of the OG vulc model, the New Balance Numeric 306 Cupsole features that same emphasis on durability and performance with the added support and stability of a cupsole - not to mention a load of new tech. Obviously the sole is where the most changes have been made with the 306 Cup boasting a 3/4-length Abzorb midsole for added impact protection; a TPU Controlled Reaction Device in the heel (like in the Reynolds 933) to provide extra stability and prevent ankle rolls; and even an updated herringbone tread pattern for next-level grip.

In contrast, the upper of the Jamie Foy 306 Cupsole remains mostly the same as its vulcanized predecessor for that familiar look and feel we all know and love. Sticking to its roots with the same distinctive, multi-panelled upper - which course still features a reinforced toe-box for long-lasting durability - you'll barely be able to tell the difference between the vulc and the cupsole when you're looking down at them on your feet. Likewise, they've even incorporated a unique sidewall design with a vulc-style radius on the toe for that same precise flick.

For this first drop, we've got the New Balance Numeric Jamie Foy 306 Cupsole in two stylish colourways for you to enjoy. Keeping things classic with a timeless all-black banger, the Black / Nightwatch Green colourway features a black suede and leather upper, with some purple and green highlights for a pop colour, which kinda reminds us of the OG New Balance x Bronze 56k shoes which sadly never made it to the public. Alternatively, if you're after something a bit lighter they've also treated us to the Tan / Black colourway which features a mix of tan, white and black panels.

That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to browse the full range of New Balance Numeric skate shoes and clothing and buy now from CSC. Or, find out more about the latest skate product on the CSC Blog. Safe.
