The Living Proof publishing house are back with another certified banger to fuel your nostalgia, this time teaming up with legendary film director, Larry Clark, for an up-close and personal look into early '90s New York City. Featuring a range of photos taken during his time directing his infamous movie, 'Kids', the Larry Clark 'Called Home' Book distills that unmistakable aesthetic into film format with a load of unfiltered images of the moments and people that inspired the film.

'Called Home' collates an array of images taken between 1992 and 1995, while Clark was spending his time hanging out in the Downtown NYC skate scene as background research for the film, offering an insight into this ephemeral moment in time which went on to leave a permanent mark on the city and street culture in general. Despite (or maybe, in part, due to) the controversy it faced on its release, 'Kids' went on to become a cult classic due to its brutally honest depiction of the lives of its characters, while also helping to launch the careers of those involved, including all-time legends like Harold Hunter, Justin Pierce, Chloe Sevigny, Harmony Korine and Leo Fitzpatrick.

Featuring the stars of 'Kids' as well as those who inspired the characters, and other prominent skaters of the time, like Keith Hufnagel, Javier Nunez, Colin McKay, Bobby Puleo and countless others; 'Called Home' captures the raw essence of what made 'Kids' a cult classic. Likewise, by opening a window to this legendary era, the book also offers a glimpse into the early days of Supreme, where many of the people featured in the book worked at the time, as well as a variety of other legendary New York spots, like the Brooklyn Banks.
