The last load of shoes from New Balance's Q1 Drop has just landed in store with tasteful new colourways in some of their most popular models, including the 306, 440, and 1010.
New Balance's first drop of 2022 has been slowly trickling into the shop for a while now, but we're pretty sure this is the last of it. Hopefully, at least. The legends have come through with new colourways in some of their best-selling shoes, including Tiago Lemos and Jamie Foy pro models. But, best of all, the drop keeps things clean and simple with the colourways. If you're not a fan of brightly coloured shoes, then New Balance have got you covered with this one.
New Balance Cupsoles
This final part of New Balance's latest drop boasts the highly anticipated return of one of their best-selling shoes: the 440. The weapon of choice for loads of the CSC team, the 440 offers the ultimate blend of style and performance. The cupsole construction helps provide comfort and support to allow you to keep skating for longer. It also means they make perfect chillers. The reinforced suede toe-cap provides additional protection in high-wear areas to help prevent blowouts.
Meanwhile, the N-Durance rubber outsole ensures maximum grip and outsole durability. To top it off, the 440's upper features a mix of suede and mesh to provide added breathability to keep your feet feeling as fresh as they look. The 440 is back with two different colourways this time: a clean and simple Black / White; and a fresh Grey / White. Perfect for any occasion.
Another returning favourite, the Tiago Lemos 1010 is back in another new colourway. Just like the 440, this time New Balance keep it suave with a simple Black / White. The result is a clean silhouette with bold accents that make the shoe pop. This might even be one of the best colourways of this shoe yet.
Not only do they look absolutely bangin', the 1010 also packs the most tech of any of New Balance's offerings. With the multi-density outsole working alongside the FuelCell midsole, the 1010 boasts the ultimate grip and cushioning of almost any shoe on the market. The Ortholite insole boosts the impact support even further which makes the 1010 perfect for handling any drop you can throw yourself down, as well as meaning they're perfect as chillers.
What's more, the Fantom Fit heel stabiliser helps lock your feet in to help prevent ankle rolls. And to top it off, the suede and mesh upper with a reinforced suede toe box provides the ultimate blend of durability and breathability. What more could you want?
New Balance Vulcs
Last but not least, the Jamie Foy 306 also makes a return with a frosty new colourway. This stylish offering combines white and cream with black accents for a seriously fresh aesthetic. They'll be perfect for summer when you won't have to worry about getting them covered in mud.
The 306 is by far one of New Balance's most popular vulc shoes, and for good reason. The vulcanisaed construction offers all the grip and boardfeel you expect, with the added bonus of the Abzorb insole to maximise impact support and comfort. The suede upper is backed by a rubber underlay which provides maximum durability even once the suede has worn through. Last but not least, the gusseted tongue provides the snuggest fit possible. It also helps keep the tongue straight because nobody likes a wonky tongue.
That's enough chit-chat though. Head to the shop to browse the full range of New Balance skate shoes and buy now from CSC. Or, find out more about our latest skate products on the CSC Blog. Safe.
