Butter Goods Summer Clothing 2022 - CSC, Cardiff Skateboard Club - UK Skate Store

The latest drop of clothing from Butter Goods has just arrived in store, and it is absolutely rammed with goodness. With all new T-shirts, caps, beanies, and more, the drop has an almost overwhelming selection of bangers that'll have your head spinning trying to choose your favourite. If I actually wrote about everything in the drop then this post would be longer than my dissertation, so think of this as a sort of highlights reel and be sure to check out the rest of the collection.

New Butter Goods Caps

In case you hadn't noticed, it's pretty hot outside at the minute. Luckily for you though Butter Goods have got you covered with some tasteful new caps to protect your neck from the sun's oppressive rays. With a range of styles on offer from lightweight 5-panels to classic 6 panels and trucker caps, Butter have covered all bases with this one.

Butter are always coming through with innovative designs and one of the most unique caps in the collection has got to be the Butter 'Mesh Pocket' 5 Panel Cap. This lightweight cap doubles down on functionality with mesh side panels which double up as pockets, providing extra breathability as well as a top secret place to stash things. The Mesh Pocket 5-Panel Cap comes in a sleek black colourway, embellished with a white trim around the peak and an orange woven 'Butter equipment' logo for some tasteful contrast. Because looking cool is just as important as feeling cool.

Keeping with the mesh theme, Butter have kept it old school with their new 'Lover's Rock' Trucker Cap. The cap features a structured trucker hat construction with a curved peak to keep your eyes shaded as well as a classic white mesh back with a snapback closure. On the front of the cap, the embroidered logo depicts a love heart with a bold 'Lover's Rock' slogan in gold and red which stands out powerfully from the caps black material.

If you're looking for something a bit more simple, Butter have got you covered with the 'Travel' 6 Panel Cap. This tastefully clean offering comes in a cool Slate colourway and features an unstructured 6 panel construction, made from 100% nylon for a lightweight feel, with no embellishment except for a yellow, woven Butter patch on the side for a refreshingly simple aesthetic. What's more, the cap features Butter's signature elastic drawstring closure which guarantees easily adjustment for the perfect fit.

Another tasteful offering from the collection, Butter have mixed things up even more with their 'Discovery' 6 Panel Cap, pushing the boundaries of where you can put a logo on a hat. The Butter Discovery cap features a timeless 6 panel construction with a contrasting flat peak that's become synonymous with Butter's headwear over the years, however they've added their own unique flair with an asymmetrical wraparound embroidery. The front of the cap features a large, red logo with an image of an atlas on one side and a large Butter logo which stretches round the other side of the hat. Big fan of this unconventional design, but you can always count on Butter to keep things fresh.

New Butter Goods Beanies

Ok yeah, this is probably gonna be a hard sell right now, but we've got new Butter beanies! Much like experts have recommended consuming hot drinks to cool you down in the heat, our leading CSC scientists have recently conducted research which suggests that wearing a beanie in summer can actually have a cooling effect on the body. This might not actually be true but you never see Tom Asta or Tom Penny taking their beanies off because it's 'too hot', so what's your excuse gonna be? We've got all-new variants of the 'Checkered' and 'Plaid' beanies in a range of colourways, so come on, show the heat what you're made of.

New Butter Goods T-Shirts

As always Butter have also come through with a range of new tees showcasing their artistic prowess. With a bunch of new graphics with classic Butter imagery like butterflies, music-loving worms, and Mother Earth, this drop has got more bangers than you can shake a stick at.

If you're a fan of logo tees then you're in luck as Butter have blessed the universe with several new logo tees to brighten up your wardrobe. With either the 'Mushroom Logo' T-Shirt in ash grey or the 'Running Logo' tee in navy, these simple but effective logo tees are the perfect way to rep your love for Butter loud and proud.

Butter have also got a bangin' new design for anyone feeling a bit nostalgic. The Butter 'Troll' tee is one for the old heads, featuring an image of the iconic Troll toy complete with bright pink, bushy hair above a Butter logo. Obviously Butter have put even more of their own spin on it by adding in a record, because it wouldn't really be Butter without some sort of musical reference.

But don't worry if big logos aren't your thing, Butter have also come through with some new stripey tees that are a bit lighter on the branding. The Butter 'Base Stripe' T-Shirt features alternating stripes of different colours and thicknesses and comes in two distinct colourways: White / Navy / Blue; and Navy / Khaki / Teal. Both variants feature a small, red, embroidered Butter logo on the chest for some tastefully subtle branding.

New Butter Goods Pants

On top of all this, Butter Goods' summer collection features some incredibly powerful new trousers. Whether your looking for the superior sag of the Santosuosso jeans, or the revolutionary functionality of the 'Climber' pants, Butter have got you covered.

The Butter 'Climber' Pants are an all-new trouser offering from Butter which take inspiration from revered climbing trousers like Gramicci to deliver the best of both worlds in fashion and function. The 'Climber' Pants feature an adjustable built-in belt with a buckle closure for the perfect fit as well as adjustable drawstrings on the ankle to keep your trousers from dragging on the floor - and best of all, they're hidden on the inside so you don't have to worry about them being an eyesore. Constructed from a mixture of Cotton and Elastane ripstop in an ultra loose 90s fit, the Butter 'Climber' Pants combine comfort and flexibility to become the ultimate trousers for skating.

Last but not least, Butter's Summer collection also features a new take on their classic 'Santosuosso Denim' jeans, in which they upgrade the usual denim to a premium heavyweight canvas for that sweet work pant feel. The Butter 'Santosuosso Denim' jeans are the baggiest pants that Butter offer with their ultra wide leg fit that tapers gently towards the ankle, and they even feature an internal waistband drawstring so you can still get the perfect fit even if you're sizing up for the extra sag.
